Red Abalone

Red Abalone, the undisputed rulers of the abalone world, and survivors of a constant onslaught of human consumption throughout the last hundred years, have recently issued a press release regarding turf wars between Red Abalone and Green Abalone that have long been plaguing inter tidal communities and tearing families apart from Oregon to Baja.

The Red Abalone Front has announced that they are squashing all beef between themselves and both Green and Black-lipped Abalone, in the interest of an international truce being formed by representatives of the Australian Black-lipped Abalone League and California’s Red Abalone Front. Insiders say this move is also an attempt to form a united front and share resources and anti-poacher skills between local Red Abalone activists and movements as far away as South Africa and Northern Japan as community leaders take note that human attempts to curb such practices have fallen far short of success.
